Job Title: Bilingual Customer Support Representative
Location:
Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday or Tuesday to Saturday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a SpanishEnglish Bilingual Customer Service Representative with a strong phone presence and multitasking abilities to support our clients scheduling payment processing and information requests. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to excellence attention to detail and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Answer phone calls schedule appointments provide information and set clear expectations for customers.
  • Document Handling: Send and process documents as required.
  • Payment Processing: Assist customers with payment transactions and ensure accuracy.
  • Routing: Direct customers to the appropriate department based on their needs.
  • Task Management: Use tools like Trello Service Titan and Google Suite to manage schedules updates and tasks.


Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Trello Service Titan Google Suite and Google Maps.

  • Excellent phone presence.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
