Senior Project Manager Confidential Client
Location: Lakewood Colorado
Salary: $140000 base discretionary bonus
Travel: Must be open to travel

About the Role
Our confidential client specializes in manufacturing processes developing selling and building manufacturing lines. Once a project contract is won it is the responsibility of the Project Manager to oversee the entire process.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize job safety and ensure all decisions consider the safety aspects.
- Implement and supervise safety procedures during onsite work according to company manuals.
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects including sourcing manufacturing installing and commissioning equipment to meet contractual obligations.
- Review design requirements and manage procurement of necessary equipment/materials domestically or internationally.
- Select subcontractors or suppliers within company guidelines.
- Plan organize direct control and coordinate construction/installation of engineered solutions ensuring all safety legal and statutory requirements are met.
Key Performance Indicators
- Safety is the top priority.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures on job sites.
- Manage daytoday operations and project scope effectively.
- Apply company methodologies and enforce project standards.
- Comprehend drawings and job specifications.
- Maintain project schedule and budget.
- Manage supplier relationships and quality control.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet gross margin targets.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills common sense leadership and initiative.
- Organized with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the USA and abroad.
- 5 to 10 years of project management experience in manufacturing.
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred; experience with Capital Expenditures projects is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Vast experience in the brick industry will be considered a plus
