- Develop & Maintain Software: Write clean efficient and scalable code for web applications.
- Project Oversight: Collaborate with clients and teams to define project requirements timelines and deliverables.
- Lead Teams: Coordinate between designers developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- ProblemSolving: Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide quick effective solutions.
- Optimize Performance: Ensure web applications are fast secure and responsive.
- Documentation: Maintain clear technical and projectrelated documentation.
- Stay Current: Keep up with emerging trends in web development and project management.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in web/software development with project management exposure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript Python PHP or similar. Knowledge of frameworks like React Angular Laravel or Django is a plus.
- Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
- ProblemSolving: A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate project challenges and resolve them efficiently.
- Education: A degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design for web and mobile applications Strong proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD Ideally knows how to use a project management tools (Trello, Clickup, etc.) Experience with user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines Experience with animation and motion design Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
