Compensation: PAY is BTW N200000.00 N250000.00 monthly other benefits


About Company: Our client is a luxury/Bespoke African fashion brand specializing in apparel designs for the elite class with a strong root in its African heritage that connotes elegance and class.


The Company is seeking to hire an enthusiastic and passionate Customer Success officer who will be tasked with the responsibility of ensuring customer/client satisfaction. S/he will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries concerns requests and challenges within planned timelines and scope and with high professionalism.

The ideal candidate for this role must be a highly resourceful individual who can engage and hold quality conversations with HNIs juggle multiple tasks and pay attention to details


Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to customers

Responsible for managing walkin and online customers as well as business inquiries across digital channels

Offer advice to clients/customers on services and products in a friendly and professional manner

Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

Deal with client requests and complaints for support and resolution

Communicate operational issues back to the business to drive change

Monitor and measure client satisfaction to drive or improve sales.

Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Demonstrate excellent communication skills

Stay knowledgeable about the companys products and services

Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with customers

Maintain professionalism under pressure

Represent the companys brand in a confident and comfortable manner

Remain passionate about providing customer service



Requirements

HND/BSc. in Communication/Social sciences/Business Management or any relevant discipline from a reputable institution

3 years in a client service/customer relationship in a highly structure organization and a dynamic fastpaced environment

An interest in fashion or a background in clothing retail is highly desirable

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Highly organized with a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.

A cando attitude and a strong team player.

Calm polite and professional behaviour

Reliable and selfmotivated

Excellent organizational skills and good team player

Fast learner and ability to thrive under pressure
