JOB DESCRIPTION
Brand Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with Utica Capitals
business objectives and market positioning.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of customer trends competitive landscape and industry
developments utilising insights to inform branding decisions.
Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital
print and events to promote our products and services effectively.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications maintain a consistent brand message and
adhere to established brand guidelines.
Collaborating: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product development sales and customer service to
ensure cohesive brand messaging and positioning.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of branding initiatives providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management preferably within the financial services or asset management industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
