As an Operations Engineer for Cloud Migration & Implementation you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune to ensure smooth operations and delivery of services. Roles & Responsibilities: Should have strong experience in SCCM 2007 & 2012 / version 180218 & 2002. Experience in design and installation of Microsoft System Configuration Manager. Indepth knowledge of SCCM client installation software distribution remote control and other SCCM issues. Expertise in SCCM Administration deployment packaging network inventory boundaries installer and network designing. Experience in deploying troubleshooting and managing Bit locker encryption on Windows devices Experience in using Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM) SCCM knowledge and experience Experience in supporting Windows (7 8 and 10) Testing and troubleshooting the encryption process Supporting end user issues Working with the team to automate the deployment process Must be able to troubleshoot day to day operations performing monitor and tuning system performance and providing administration configuration installation deployment and maintenance Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Intune. Strong understanding of Cloud Migration & Implementation technologies. Experience in managing and supporting production systems and services. Solid grasp of troubleshooting and problemsolving techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
