Job Description
Banking Operations:
1. Oversee daily banking transactions including daily fund statement availability of funds payments.
2. Manage banking relationships ensure timely limits renewal CMA filing Stock Statement.
3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for account opening closure and maintenance.
Accounting & Financial Management:
1. Prepared daily fund accounts matched with books and bank track transactions and prepare BRS.
2. Prepare Forex gain/loss on closing balances review with financial.
3. Conduct account reconciliations identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
4. Prepared Buyers credit FCNR packing credit BG working.
Compliance & Regulatory:
1. Ensure adherence to banking regulations laws and internal policies.
2. Monitor and report suspicious transactions compliance breaches.
3. Maintain accurate records documents and audit trails.
4. Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Specific Banking Products:
1. Knowledge of Bank Guarantees (BG) Foreign Currency NonResident (FCNR) deposits.
2. Familiarity with Buyer's Credit Packing Credit Limit Term Loan renewal.
3. Understanding of payment automation digital banking platforms.
