Job Description
Job Responsibility:
Ability to arrange skilled manpower/contractor
Achieve required production targets by arranging the man/maintenance/machine.
Take decision on plant breakdowns & recommended maintenance procedure to ensure
Candidate will be given full authority regarding:
a) Purchase.
b) Creation of Junior Team
c) Implementation of work systems in the factory
d) Administration and HR policies
Production Manager Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering preffered Metallurgy.
Should have indepth knowledge of Foundry
Proven experience in the engineering field.
Good analytical problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
Strong leadership abilities.
Ability to make decisions under pressure.
