SCCM server administration and installation Migration SCCM 2012 to SCCM 2016. 3. Administration Knowledge and troubleshooting skills on ConfigMgr Current branch 4. Handling L2 L3 level escalated calls of SCCM current branch. Technical skills Creating custom queries/reports as per the requirement of management. Performing updates to the SCCM application as required (patches hotfixes service packs) and test deployment support troubleshooting and analysis of all patch deployment related issues. Knowledge of OSD Compliance Settings Asset Intelligence SCEP and other components included in the SCCM infrastructure. Ensure to achieve complete customer satisfaction and more than 95% patch and software compliance. Providing IT support and services related to software deployment and patching Knowledge of OS deployment in SCCM (image management task sequences) Windows Imaging & OS Deployment. Exposure on SCCM MDT & WDS. Working knowledge of Windows infrastructure services (DNS WINS DHCP etc.) Should have good exposure and experience on windows 10 migration & SCCM upgrade. Customizing and creating WIM images Exposure in Image X Windows PE WAIK & DISM tools. Providing IT support and services related to software deployment and patching. Troubleshooting knowledge of Windows Server and Workstations (Win 7/10). Good understanding on the implementation of the SCCM infrastructure Leadership qualities to drive the team and manage the daytoday deliveries. Reporting and techniques to automate processes using PowerShell and VBSCRIPT. Proactive in taking corrective actions to avoid impact on deliveries. Good communication skills (both written and verbal). Should be able to manage clients independently. Communicate with stakeholders. Educational qualifications Any graduate |
