Job Responsibilities:
Knowledge of SAP Core SD & basic MM/FICO modules.
SD Consultation Experience.
Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 system and business process mapping.
Requirement gathering / system design documentation and project coordination between business users and vendor & principal company.
Good experience in SAP project management.
Review cases to ensure they are closed within required KPIs/SLA.
Resolving SAP incidents.
GST Experience is must (GST Tax Reformation)
