Job Description
The SAP Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving business growth within the US IT staffing sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP solutions and a proven track record in the IT staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SAP domain. Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of business development activities.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the SAP and IT staffing sectors.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals to potential clients highlighting the value of SAP solutions and staffing services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the delivery of highquality candidates that meet client requirements.
- Networking: Attend industry conferences networking events and other relevant activities to expand professional networks and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 510 years of experience in business development with a focus on SAP solutions and US IT staffing.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Skills: Strong understanding of SAP solutions excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing client bases in the IT staffing industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP modules and the ability to understand technical requirements.
