Job Description
5 to 7 years of hands on experience preferably with 2 or more EndtoEnd implementation cycles on VIM 7.5 and above versions and Post GoLive support.
Strong implementation knowledge on OCR Components VIM BC and IES all Version service pack patches.
ABAP programming skills Setup and configuration of ICC/OCR.
Sound knowledge on configurations in VIM Invoice Capture Center or Business Capture Center /IES Barcoding Open Text Archive Server and integration with SAP AP AR GL and other external applications.
Experience in interacting with the Business users gathering the requirements and mapping the solution in VIM and testing.
Experience in conducting Business Blueprint design workshops and prepare functional gaps analysis.
Reviewing customer Processes and verifying scope within SAP Landscape.
Defining OpenText strategy for customer on ECC or S4HANA.
Managing customer relationships and clearly documenting all interactions.
Lead the Business Process and VIM Architecture design sessions Create functional specifications for development requirements
Perform initial setup prototype configuration and testing to support the design sessions and to fulfil the customers business requirements
Taking complex requirements and either match them to outofbox capabilities or achieve a final design through minimal customization of the VIM solution
Conducting formal blueprinting workshops from small to larger of business users.
Review the pros/cons of potentials design options with clients and guiding them to an optimized AP solution design
Configuring and testing SAP and OpenText systems to reflect designed solutions
Creating project documentation (Infrastructure Configuration Functional Design etc.)
Reviewing a clients existing VIM implementations identify opportunities for improvement and optimization and creating recommendation documentation.
Experience in handling complex enhancement in the OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management).
Experience in working with Fiori Apps for Coding and Approvals.
Experience in writing functional specification Configuration rational and other project related documents.
Integration between ICC/OCR and VIM.
Invoice workflow approval design and Develop SAP workflow solutions for the Finance area.
Process Type determination sequence for different document types.
Configuring and managing exception handling.
Standard VIM Reports and custom report designing.
Good understanding of the SAP & Opentext landscape & architecture.
Provide support for applicants to include problem identification reporting tracking analysis and resolution
Actively participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions to enable end users to understand OpenText VIM
Work closely with end users to design the proper OpenText VIM solution(s) to support defined business processes and business requirements
Working on Agile/scrum Methodology is desirable.
Strong analytical problem solving and multitasking skills as well as communication and interpersonal skills is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
