Job Description
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Matriculant or equivalent
- Duration of Contract: 12 Months renewable
- Must be a disciplined and well groomed team leader with proven record well spoken respectful confident good communicator energetic target driven
Duties
- Develop implement and manage business intelligence strategies
- Analyze business data and provide actionable insights for decision making
- Design configure and maintain BI tools and systems
- Lead crossfunctional teams to address business or systems issues
- Ensure the integrity consistency and security of company data
- Create and present reports dashboards and other business intelligence metrics to Stakeholders
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and advancements in BI technology
- Collaborate with other department heads to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Provide training and support to BI resources and other end users
- Provide stakeholders with insights/recommendations on areas that have significant opportunities to do some strategic decisions
- Brief analyses on potential gains and losses for extending or reducing the delivery radius for some partners
- Provide delivery team with heat maps analysis for both partner and customer locations
- Use the Dashboard to identify opportunities for growth within serviced areas as well as in areas that are currently not serviced based on demand store/driver availability and competitor activity
- Analyse data identify emerging business and market trends
- Populate monthly Market Intelligence Data into a report to share insights with Senior leadership
- Provide monthly feedback on Market Intelligence data to the team in field to keep data relavant and of high quality
- Populate Market Intelligence Data into marketing collateral to share with all stakeholders
- Collaborate with Paid Media team to monitor monthly and daily spend trends to ensure there is no over pacing on channels
- Work closely with the operations finance customer services marketing and sales teams
- Analyze compliance reports to determine trend performance and provide high value insights to the Planning teams
- Conduct weekly private coaching sessions with BI team and do both formal and informal assessments
