Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Albany NY (onsite)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualification:
- Extensive experience managing business requirement projects involving over 150 users focusing on applying strategies to gather business process requirements for new applications.
- Proven leadership as a Lead Business Analyst on projects using business process management methodologies including requirements elicitation and documentation business process modeling AsIs/ToBe workflow design gap analysis best practices research and target environment definition all aimed at analyzing and redesigning current processes and improving existing ones.
- Handson experience with data migration from legacy systems to enterprise COTS (Commercial OffTheShelf) solutions including analyzing and integrating dependent systems within the new solution.
- Expertise in stakeholder communication and engagement both internal and external including creating presentations and materials to encourage the reevaluation and redesign of core business processes in a reengineered environment.
- Skilled in identifying and addressing data quality issues defining data validation rules establishing database constraints and supporting data migration initiatives.
