Job Description
Position: SPT Supervisor
Location: Pagosa Springs CO
Pay scale: $1866 $1966/week
Shift: Day
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees providing guidance training and support to enhance performance.
- Monitor team performance set goals and evaluate productivity to ensure targets are met.
- Review and resolve any issues or challenges faced by the team during service delivery or process execution.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide feedback and conduct performance appraisals for team members.
Requirements:
- Required: BLS CRCST
- Minimum 2 years of experience
