Job Description
One of our manufacturing clients is looking for a Production Supervisor for their operations in Abbotsford BC region.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to best manufacturing practices on the production line.
- Provide coaching mentoring and supervision for both new and existing staff.
- Identify and rectify unsafe working conditions.
- Maintain GMP housekeeping standards on the production line.
- Take responsibility for the performance of the line and set a positive example for the team.
- Be a proactive handson leader on the production floor.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Production Leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to adapt to changes in processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with various departments including technicians maintenance leads and process engineers.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
