Job Description

As our next Breakfast Supervisor

Are you passionate about guest interaction Food and Beverage As a Breakfast Supervisor you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Provide guidance and support to the Breakfast Team helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
  • Ensure the Breakfast & Conference Service is run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food drink and service they receive.
  • Give attention to detail ensuring that the work environment is a safe pleasant and wellmaintained space.
  • Assist in leading mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Breakfast team.
  • Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained.
  • Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of breakfast service areas including buffet stations and dining rooms.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on food items presentation and service standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience particularly for VIP guests and special events.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve breakfast service efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything Food and Beverage.
  • Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
  • Previous experience working in Meetings & Events Operations would be advantageous.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in using pointofsale systems and basic computer applications.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
