Job Description

Onboarding and Offboarding Specialist

Job Summary:

The Onboarding and Offboarding Specialist is responsible for managing the seamless integration of new team members into the Managed Services India ITOC organization and ensuring the efficient and secure offboarding of employees who leave. This role involves coordinating with various departments to track onboarding processes raise access requests and follow up with customers to revoke access when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding:

o Track the onboarding process for new team members ensuring all necessary steps are completed.

o Raise requests to capture the level of access required for new hires with various customers and internal systems.

o Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure new employees have the necessary tools and access to perform their roles.

o Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and status in the OBOB tool

2. Offboarding:

o Manage the offboarding process for employees leaving the organization.

o Follow up with customers and internal departments to revoke access to systems and resources.

o Update records to reflect the access revocation in OBOB tool.

o Coordinate with SDMs & Resource manager to ensure all offboarding procedures are followed.

3. Communication:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding and offboarding inquiries.

o Communicate effectively with new hires departing employees customers Internal departments and relevant stakeholders.

o Provide regular updates to management on the status of onboarding and offboarding activities.

4. Compliance:

o Ensure all onboarding and offboarding processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.

o Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Proven experience in onboarding and offboarding processes.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.

Working Conditions:

Contract position.
