Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical Engineer to oversee the design installation and commissioning of PreEngineered Buildings (PEB) factory machinery and systems. This role requires expertise in mechanical design precision levels and CAD tools ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of efficiency safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. PEB Construction and amp; Machinery Installation:
Oversee the installation and erection of PEB structures and machinery at the factory and experience centre.
Plan and execute mechanical systems to meet production and visitor experience goals.
2. Design and Drafting:
Create and review designs using SolidWorks AutoCAD and other CAD tools.
Ensure designs are optimized for costefficiency and structural integrity.
3. Project Coordination:
Collaborate with civil electrical and production teams to ensure seamless integration of machinery and infrastructure.
Maintain alignment leveling and safety standards during installations.
4. Maintenance and amp; Troubleshooting:
Develop preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
5. Documentation and amp; Reporting:
Maintain detailed project documentation including drawings approvals and work progress reports.
Provide updates to the management team regularly.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and nbsp;
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in PEB construction machinery erection and design.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SolidWorks AutoCAD and other design tools.
Strong understanding of mechanical levels alignments and structural dynamics.
Knowledge of industrial safety standards and compliance.
Excellent problemsolving communication and project management skills.
