Job Description
As an Application Lead you will lead the effort to design build and configure applications acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the development process and ensuring successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
Lead the application development process
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements
Ensure timely delivery of projects
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development React.js
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
Experience in leading development teams
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development
This position is based at our Mumbai office
A 15 years fulltime education is required
