Position: Agile Business Analyst
Location: Pune
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description:
Required skills:
- At least 6 years of experienced as a business analyst for capturing business requirements and translating them into agile stories.
- Comfortable with technical design involving product integration and orchestration workflows.
- Experience working with Power Platform engineered solutions.
- Solid understanding of compliance related documentation Solid understanding of the endtoend IT process including architecture design implementation and operations Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile Reasonable understanding of the Microsoft Active Directory architecture and usage
- Nice to have skills: Handson experience on building Power Apps and/or Power Automate workflows.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into Agile stories with a good level of detail including definition of done objectives and key results.
- Help with the technical design of these requirements.
- Bridge the gap between the engineers and product owners.
- Get involved with engineering work which might include hands on development and testing. Provide solutions for the deployment and management of enduser applications.
- Design document configure and deploy various software components in a centralized and automated way.
- Ensure Architectural standards implemented within the teams are in line with all control function requirements and policies including Security (CSO) Compliance and Data Protection and End User Architecture Standards and Governance.
