POSITION: Business Development Manager

DEPARTMENT: Business Development

REPORTING TO: Associate Director

DIRECT REPORTS: Associate Director

LOCATION: Bangalore

Position Purpose

The Business Development Manager will oversee and manage all client aspects related to the construction projects. This role involves identifying new opportunities building strong client relationships and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in the PMC industry and a strong understanding of business growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in business Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

  • 10 years of experience in business development within the PMC industry preferably in hotel or hospitality projects.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and craft actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Selfmotivated with excellent organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in an office environment.
  • Occasional travel to project sites may be necessary.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Identify new markets customer needs and growth opportunities.

Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company goals.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Generate leads and secure partnerships with prospective clients.

Build and maintain longterm relationships with key stakeholders.

Market Research:

Conduct research to identify emerging trends and competitive insights.

Analyse customer feedback to refine products and services.

Sales and Revenue growth:

Prepare and deliver compelling pitches proposals and presentations.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals effectively.

Set and achieve sales and revenue goals within defined timelines.

Collaborate Across Team:

Work closely with operations teams to align on growth initiatives.

Reporting:

Identify track performance metrics and present regular updates to senior management.
