Job Description:
- Last 7 10 years working with general API for Domestic market dealing Indian manufacturer.
- Directly responsible for revenue generation of min 20 to 30 Crs. mainly from B C and D grade of customers.
- Working in unstructured opportunistic and price sensitive environment.
- Experience of handling varying customer requirements competitor s working Payment receivables etc.
- Require good traders / broker network.
- Good in English written and verbal communication.
- Must be ready to travel around 7 to 10 days in a month within India.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- SelfMotivated and SelfDriven: Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Proactively identifies opportunities and takes action to achieve goals.
- Total Experience: 7 to 10 Yrs.
- Regions: Western India Northern India & Southern India.
Threshold Requirement in the Job role (additional but not mandatory)
Qualification: MBA or Graduate
Can speak/understand local language of the region
Expected Output (Quantitative/Qualitative) from the role in current or next 1 year
Sales Revenue of 7 to 10 Cr in FY 24 25 and 30 to 40 Cr in FY 24 25
Addition of at least 5 to 7 customer development by H2 of FY 2425
NBD from new/existing products of around 5 to 10 Cr by FY 24 25
7 to 10 % profitability coming from respective sales revenue
Customer Satisfaction in terms of Quality & Delivery of Product
Pharma Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Domestic Market. API
