Reporting to the EMEA Sales Director you will support the development of the brand across the German market. The role is home based.
Your role is to maximize performance in terms of revenue profitability growing market share improved distribution instore & online visibility creation for the brands within a group of customers and activate new business opportunities.
Strategy development:
Successfully implement Commercial Strategy to gain revenue and improve profitability.
Customer P&L management with customers considering changing market circumstances business opportunities product portfolio margin and pricing development.
Recognize and develop new business opportunities to maximize short and longterm profit potential.
Formulate a new Strategic agenda for the assigned customer(s) developing key relationships with core customers.
Sales Management:
Translate strategy Where to Play (Channel/Customers Brand/SKU combinations) How to Win (Commercial Activation) into annual agreement/JBP
Translate annual agreement in 2pager and ongoing promoprice request forms.
Devise a contact strategy which adopts full coverage of the assigned customer(s). Work closely with cross functional Depts to deliver interdependencies with Dotcom Supply Logistics etc
Maximize distribution presentation visibility (FMOT) and promotional effectiveness of the brands at Accounts.
University Degree or comparable commercial education
4 years sales experience within prefreably Abrands
Proven track record managing retailers & excellent knowledge of the retail scene
Budget & reporting skills
Proficient on MS Office tools
Native German speaker and fluent in English
