Compile front office statistics and generate related reports.
Maintain high standards of conduct dress hygiene and appearance for self and colleagues.
Coordinate with Contact Center and Pan India Head of Front Desk according to protocols.
Schedule consultations in coordination with Studio Manager and Consultants (target based).
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Conduct monetary transactions following established protocols.
Collaborate with the accounts department on financial transactions quotations and receipts.
Foster relationships and communication with all departments ensuring seamless coordination.
Resolve guest issues effectively and courteously adhering to international standards of quality.
Maintain patient data accurately in software systems as per protocol.
Ensure achievement of targets set for the Front Desk.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Hospitality or Service Industry.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong telephone etiquette and client handling skills.
Knowledge of routine operations management.
Highly motivated and resultsoriented.
Proficient in client management.
Professional and presentable appearance.
Candidates with dedicated experience in the hospitality industry particularly in Front Office roles will be preferred provided they meet all other criteria specified in the job description.
