Variation in Quarterly inventory stock audit
Materials allocation against PBOM & issue in ERP (MIN)
Materia issue to subcontracting job as per PBOM
Internal customer satisfaction in respect to materials issue
Storage improvement initiatives No. of idea generated & implement Materials identification & Marking (5s & Kaizen activities) Implementation of OHS and Safety
