Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 18 to 22 years of experience to oversee and manage a largescale custom OMS build out on a modernized microservices architecture on GCP platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and a deep understanding of multichannel order management systems and would have managed at least 1 or 2 large scale Order management transformations in the past.

This role requires excellent organizational skills strategic thinking and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of multichannel order management programs.

Oversee the coordination and management of project timelines budgets and resources.

Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to ensure alignment with company goals.

Monitor and report on project progress identifying and mitigating risks as needed.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of multichannel order management systems.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to achieve project objectives.

Conduct regular reviews and assessments of project performance implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Manage project documentation and ensure accurate recordkeeping.

Utilize data and analytics to inform decisionmaking and optimize program outcomes.
