Title: Program Manager
Work Location: Remote (Travel need would be for critical phases of the program critical meetings/relationship building etc. for examples in next three months we would expect this role to travel about 2 weeks.)

Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 18 to 22 years of experience to oversee and manage a largescale custom OMS build out on a modernized microservices architecture on GCP platform.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and a deep understanding of multichannel order management systems and would have managed at least 1 or 2 large scale Order management transformations in the past.
- This role requires excellent organizational skills strategic thinking and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of multichannel order management programs.
- Oversee the coordination and management of project timelines budgets and resources.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and report on project progress identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of multichannel order management systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of project performance implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage project documentation and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform decisionmaking and optimize program outcomes.
