Our client is a 60 year old familyowned exterior building services and construction company celebrating.
Job Summary:
We are looking to add a key player to our field management team. We need an energetic sales leader to lead and scale the division to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will spearhead all sales and business development while building and managing an elite sales team in the MD DE DC and VA geographies. This role requires strong technical knowledge in roofing and siding highlevel sales acumen and exceptional leadership and management skills. This is a fulltime position with uncapped income including weekly pay direct and override commissions and topperformer annual earnings exceeding $250000.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Team Development: Build train and motivate a highperforming sales team.
- Establish sales goals monitor performance and provide ongoing coaching to maximize team productivity. Recruit and hire new sales representatives to grow the division.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new leads convert prospects and increase revenue. Conduct site visits and consultations with clients to provide expert guidance on roofing and siding solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Resolve any customer issues or concerns ensuring satisfaction.
- Strategic Leadership: Work closely with upper management to align on overall company objectives and revenue targets. Collaborate with other divisions to ensure a seamless workflow from sales to project delivery.
- Market Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of roofing and siding construction methods materials and trends. Train the sales team on technical details and selling points of various product offerings.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process to improve efficiency and conversion rates. Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track leads manage pipelines and optimize team performance.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in the construction or home improvement industry specifically in the roofing siding or window replacement spaces.Demonstrated ability to build lead and scale highperforming sales teams.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- A relentless drive to exceed targets paired with the ability to work independently and manage time.
- A thorough understanding of roofing and siding construction materials and design trends.
- Ability to utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to track and manage leads and sales activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
