Manteca CaliforniaFulltimeThe Clinical Manager (Registered Nurse) is accountable for assisting the Director in providing leadership to the Emergency and Intensive Care Services Departments in the areas of leadership clinical financial and human resources. Accountable for assisting in planning organizing implementing and evaluating nursing practice in accordance with the Mission of Doctors Hospital and Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit. He/she demonstrates a high degree of critical thinking technical skill initiative integrity accuracy and compassionate nursing care in an interdisciplinary practice. The Clinical Manager assists the Department Director in providing direction in the development and evaluation of nursing personnel and in maintaining operations of the patient care unit. Contributes to nursing and hospital mission through support of philosophy and objectives educational research and quality improvement efforts. He/she performs as a peer role model for professional behavior and in demonstrating superior expertise in the delivery and supervision of nursing care and oversight of all functions of the department.
