Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
- Five (5) years of experience performing project management functions
- Three (3) years of experience managing projects using agile development methods
- Three (3) years of experience with portfolio management
Desired Skills
- Ability to ensure quality and consistency across multiple projects in the use of project planning scheduling scope and risk management status reporting change control issues resolution and other project management controls and practices.
- Project management experience across varying technologies spanning the complete spectrum of IT systems solutions and processes to support and enhance foundation infrastructure services systems and enterprise software applications
- Performed project management functions for IT software development and infrastructure projects in excess of $1 million
- Professional coaching facilitation and mentoring experience.
- Knowledge of the Project Management industry best practices for service/systems creation and development and generally accepted standards outlined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK)
- Ability to work with a diverse team resolve interpersonal conflict motivate and develop team members and influence stakeholders and key decisionmakers.
