Your typical day will involve accurately defining client issues and interpreting and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining he smooth functioning of our systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
Provide prompt and efficient technical support to clients.
Accurately identify and diagnose client issues.
Interpret and design effective resolutions based on product knowledge.
Maintain clear and concise communication with clients.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex issues.
Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay uptodate with product advancements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management Service Desk Voice Support.
Strong understanding of IT service management principles.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 02 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years fulltime education is required.
