Job Profile Customer Service Representative
Location BKC Mumbai Exp.
Required Min. 6 Months
Qualification Any Graduation
Workdays & Timings Monday to Saturday (9.00 AM to 6.00 PM)
Job Responsibilities
Manage and resolve complaints from Streamer agencies and talent via emails and Fresh desk (CRM rule).
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective issue resolution and followup. Engage with agency holders and talent to address and mitigate recurring issues.
Collect and document feedback from users and talent to drive app improvements.
Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills customer support experience and a proactive solutionoriented approach to handling user relations and team collaboration.
Other Requirements
1. Should be aware of the live streaming industry and operations
2. Should be able to communicate fluently in English & Hindi. (Other language proficiency will be an added advantage)
