Job Overview:
The dynamic administrative support team in Marcus & Millichaps Indianapolis location is seeking a new team member to join our innovative collaborative team. Were looking for a personable professional individual who thrives in a stable professional office environment and seeks growth and challenge. Ideal candidates are passionate about providing toptier client service continuously improving both themselves and their team and contributing to the overall success of the office and firm.
Responsibilities:
Provide office and compliance management support under the guidance of Operations and Regional Managers for the Indianapolis office and other district offices.
Assist the Operations Manager in prioritizing and monitoring workflow addressing issues and escalating when necessary.
Ensure local staff compliance with brokerage tasks policies and procedures and provide regular updates.
Assist managers with report preparation local sales contests and other similar projects.
Process closings and undercontracts and become crosstrained in management tasks for coverage as needed.
Work collaboratively with offices across the Midwest and firmwide.
Primary Skills:
2 years of administrative experience.
collaborative proactive approachable with a strong desire to learn grow and manage both team members and tasks.
Intermediate/strong computer skills including Office365 MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent organizational interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in proofreading and editing.
Quick learner with a passion for working with software and technology.
High attention to detail reliability and punctuality.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
Experience in training.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
Candidates are tested for competency in software and office skills.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative roles with a strong focus on office management and team collaboration.
