Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Manager to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in managing the daytoday operations of our Advisory business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Portfolio Management: Endtoend management of a diverse portfolio of clients ensuring seamless delivery of services and adherence to client expectations.
- Deliverable Oversight: Monitoring project deliverables and timelines to ensure successful and timely completion.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client base and advisory services.
- Advisory Services Management: Overseeing the provision of highquality advisory services ensuring they meet both client needs and industry standards.
- Talent Attraction and Management: Leading efforts to attract and retain top talent within the advisory team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Pipeline Management: Managing the advisory pipeline of work including resource allocation and project prioritization.
- Project Delivery: Ensuring exceptional delivery of projects from initiation to completion aligning with client requirements and company goals.
- Mentorship: Providing mentorship and guidance to staff within the Advisory business supporting their professional development and growth.
- Client Service Excellence: Maintaining the highest levels of client service continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) (SA) qualification is essential.
- Proven leadership abilities with a strong track record in managing highpressure environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills capable of building strong client relationships.
- MBA qualification is advantageous.
- Experience in a similar role within the accounting or financial advisory industry is highly desirable.
