Job Description: Senior Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to final offer.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including networking job boards social media and direct outreach to attract top talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and report on the efficiency of different sourcing strategies and processes.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Amazon’s presence in the marketplace.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to remain competitive.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role preferably in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and decisionmaking abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of requisitions while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Desired Experience:
- 35 years of recruitment experience preferably in a hightech or retail industry.
- Experience with executivelevel recruitment is a plus.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficient in sourcing and recruiting strategies including social media recruitment.
