- Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs for all services ensuring proper contract administration and management.
- Oversee maintenance of M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) services.
- Supervise and manage the technical team including external subcontractors.
- To handle operational issues including troubleshooting manpower allocation and documentation
Monitoring project work progress and status.
Tracking KPIs to ensure compliance with performance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act and provide guidance on health and safety matters.

Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Engineering or Building.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in facilities management.
Added Advantages:
- At least 3 years in a similar role particularly with government properties or statutory board projects.
- Certifications in Fire Safety Management Project Management or Greenmark Manager.
