Job Summary:
As an Assistant F&B Manager you are responsible for ensuring that all areas within the Food and Beverage department are properly managed in a structured and professional manner. You will assist the Department head in order to achieve the optimum performance of each operation outlet within the Food and Beverage department.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
