In 2022 Instabee was founded after combining Budbee and Instabox two leading lastmile delivery companies with three consumerfacing brands: Budbee Instabox and Porterbuddy. Were fast both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. As we continue to expand the complexity of Instabee grows in parallel. With that in mind were now looking for you to help us on the journey ahead.
About the Role
Exciting opportunities await as we are seeking a Customer Service Team Manager for Sweden at Instabee. In this key position you will lead the department and operations within your area of responsibility aligning with Instabees longterm strategies and goals. Our team is continuously growing so this position will be the fourth Team Manager role within the Customer service team.
This role involves active collaboration with other stakeholders at the company to share knowledge and achieve our objectives. This is to ensure that we can give all of our consumers the best experience when being in contact with us.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach your team in their respective assignments within the Customer Service team.
Ensure that all agents in your team give the best service in all interactions with our consumers.
Managing quality of customer service via QA training and quality controls.
Ensure compliance with the businesss processes based on the businesss needs goals and central guidelines.
Ensure that the organisation within its area of responsibility has the right resources and competencies to carry out the set goals.
Handle labor law questions with the other Team Managers and with help from our local HR business partner.
About you
Excellent leadership problemsolving and time management.
Strive for continuous improvement.
Have at least six years of experience working in Customer Service or similar roles where you have a lot of interactions with consumers.
Have at least two years of experience in leading a team.
Be able to cooperate with the other Team Managers to reach the departments goals.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
