As the first point of contact youll play a key role in delivering professional customer service on a wide range of inquiries. From product questions to troubleshooting and customer support youll represent a global company and provide topnotch assistance to ensure a positive experience for each customer. Full training will be provided to give you the knowledge and confidence to excel.
Your responsibilities will include:
Offering the highest level of customer support via phone and email addressing a variety of issues
Providing accurate and complete information following company procedures
Building positive relationships by addressing customer questions courteously and professionally
Meeting and exceeding service quality goals compliance regulations and productivity targets
Creating a memorable customer experience
Working collaboratively with management and providing valuable feedback
Nativelevel Italian and fluent English (B2)
Customer support experience is a plus but not required
Basic computer skills with excellent multitasking abilities
Eager to learn with a problemsolving and proactive attitude
Strong communication skills attentive listening and relationshipbuilding abilities
