Project: CTB (Functional Testing)
Primary Skill: Test Management Payments (SEPA SWIFT GPPSP).
Over 15 year of experience providing leadership in managing E2E testing preferably in Payment domain with experience in SEPA SWIFT or ISO
Handson experience in GPP SP Module.
Organize/Facilitate the testing kickoff meeting
Review the project deliverables and status on the regular intervals and ensure smooth deliveries.
Participate in regular meetings with project management to communicate accomplishments plans and issues as well as any risks to the projects progress
Develop and maintain Test schedules track and forecast project costs and labour hours and manage project risks
Maintain the Testing project status experienced in project quality audits
Provide Weekly and Project Closure Reports and thresholds.
Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report (Daily Weekly etc.) to Program stakeholders
Plan Resource Management at various roles.
Accountable for Test Estimate and obtain management support for the time resources and budget required to perform the NFT testing.
Manage end to end NFT test delivery Introducing complex architectural for app infra and performance testing
Accountable for overall Test schedule estimates costs RAID items roadblocks for NFT testing
Participate in PDG and Leadership Governance meetings and accountable for Status report and metrics
Liase with NFT architects and ensure Bank standards frameworks follows
Manage RAID and mitigation plan.
Team Management (Onshore/ Offshore) Mentoring Coaching and Operational support to team
Manage and develop direct reports to ensure continuity of team and knowledge.
Ensuring that accurate and timely forecasts are prepared to facilitate strategic planning
Test Process governance and adherence to test quality process
Accountable for Test Metrics KPIs and Continuous improvements.
