Job Title: Senior Test Coordinator
Location: Utrecht Netherlands

Job Description:
The role:
As a Senior Test Coordinator you are the linchpin in the test process and you ensure that all test activities from planning to execution and reporting run smoothly. You work together with various teams and stakeholders within the organization including project managers developers testers and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
(Further) developing and implementing a test strategy and a test plan.
Coordinating and supervising all test activities across the various teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify test objectives requirements and scope.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the test process.
Report on progress results and any issues to the project organization.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and guidelines.
Ensure that the test process complies with (legal) controls as prescribed by (external) audit bodies.
Required competencies in random order:
Demonstrable experience (at least 7 years) in a similar role in complex IT environments.
Experience substantiated from a theoretical framework with test processes and test methodologies such as TMAP.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple teams and processes simultaneously.
Strong communication skills to switch effectively between technical teams and nontechnical stakeholders.
Problemsolving skills and a proactive resultsoriented attitude.
Knowledge of test tools such as JOSF and Postman is a must.
Knowledge and demonstrable use of Azure DevOps for registration of bugs related to user stories features and epics.
Knowledge of Cobit or another control matrix. Cobit is preferred.
Demonstrable experience with reporting on progress and bottlenecks.
Ability to choose a pragmatic approach for a quick start.
Knowledge of Income Insurance is a plus.
