Job Description
- Conducting quality control inspections on incoming materials inprocess production and finished products
- Identifying and documenting product defects or nonconformities
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines
- Training and supervising quality control staff
- Collaborating with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement improvements
- Maintaining accurate records of inspections and test results
- Participating in internal and external quality audits
- 5 years of experience in quality control within the manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant quality control standards and regulations
- Certification in quality control or related field is a plus
Strong technical knowledge in dental equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. Proficiency in handling and repairing a wide range of dental products including dental engines, physio units, dental implant handpieces, and motors. Expertise in Dental CBCT (X-ray) systems and ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide technical support.
Education
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Master of Dental Surgery (MDS).
