Job Description
- Support in defining the F&B strategy, in line with the vision and positioning of TROJENA. This is to be based on experience, direct market research and research undertaken by third party consultants.
- Engage and build relationships with elished and emerging F&B operators from KSA, the GCC region and leading global cities. Maintaining a detailed database of their contact information and requirements.
- Support in the development of detailed P&L for each F&B category, including creation of baseline unit budgets.
