Responsibilities:
- To Deliver revenue and meet sales targets selling to a range of companies high level packages.
- Prospect new clients and sell to existing clients. This is a high volume sales role.
- To help build the skills and manage your direct report on a day to day basis and lead by example.
- Establish relationships within the industry ensure they are well managed and have an understanding of all of our events within the portfolio.
- Write monitor and report progress of the planning and execution of the Sales Plan against agreed Revenue Targets.
- Provide forecasting and strategic planning advice based on your knowledge of the target market.
- Working with the after sales team and concierge to ensure your clients are well prepared for each event and paid prior to the event.
- Identify new opportunities and follow them through to conclusion by engaging with these targets on a daily basis.
- Ensure all accounts have clear understanding of pricing structure key benefits and our global portfolio.
- Gain a clear understanding of the competitor landscape.
- Attend international conferences to establish new clients and meet face to face with internationally based clients
- Build and update contacts and maintain your CRM on a daily basis
- Liaise closely with your team & marketing / admin support departments
Skills and Experience:
- Strong English and Arabic in both written and verbal formats.
- Minimum 7 years experience in event sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues and customers.
- Driven proactive and selfmanaged approach to working life.
- Experience of working in a target driven and competitive environment essential.
- Proven track record in new business development.
- Flexible approach to work as we are a global business.
- Experience of working with international customers is preferred.

Riyadh Saudi Arabia
Relocation fees may be available for the right candidate this role is based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia and remote working will not be considered.
