Job Description

We are looking for a driven and selfmotivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. In this commissionbased role your primary focus will be to generate new business opportunities build relationships with prospective clients and close deals to drive revenue growth. As a BDE you will have the opportunity to earn high commissions based on sales performance.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels (cold calling emails networking social media etc.).
  • Research market trends and business needs to find new business opportunities.
  • Sales Pitch & Presentations:
  • Develop and present tailored sales pitches to potential clients highlighting the companys products or services.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.
  • Engage with prospects and clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and continued business.
  • Negotiation & Closing Sales:
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with prospective clients.
  • Close sales and secure new business accounts.
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Track and report sales activities lead progress and performance against sales targets.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on sales pipeline and forecasting.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and campaigns for business growth.
  • Participate in training programs and sales meetings to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Knowledge of the industry market trends and competitor landscape.
  • Selfmotivated goaloriented and driven by results.
  • Previous commissionbased sales experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
