1.timely and accurately grasp the national travel market understand the core needs of customers and grasp the travel habits of customers;
2.Manage the operation team in each region rapidly increase the national driver volume and establish all kinds of effective driver acquisition channels;
3.Design effective online and offline activity programs formulate perfect overall operation planning and execution of activities;
4.Track the core data of each city operation and promote the improvement of city operation direction according to the data changes;
5.Continuously monitor competitors trends design targeted response strategies and organize implementation.

The specified criteria for Head of HR:
1. candidates must from "MNC company" or "Chain Group Enterprise" prefer from hightech companies;
2. candidate should be the functional(finance /HR ) head of the group at least 3 years or above working experience in this position ;
3. Good strategic thinking ability;
4. Result oriented style
The ideal candidate must have broad leadership experience as Country HR Head with ridehailing companies with strong presence in Nigeria/Africa such as Uber Bolt InDrive etc. Also the candidate should not exceed 40 45 years and must possess a Masters Degree
