A new Aviation School is seeking to recruit an Administrative Secretary for the school through a range of organizational and communicationrelated duties to support the school administration lecturers students and external agencies. This position requires an organized proactive and detailoriented individual who can handle multiple tasks and maintain smooth operations for the school.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the school s initial point of contact receive and route phone calls handle emails and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Monitor email correspondence and flag necessary correspondences for attention and action.
- Assist in the admission process of new students.
- Communications & Liaison with Organising and servicing internal meetings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence memos and other communications to school s stakeholders (school administration lecturers students and external agencies).
- Data entry and management of School organizational systems.
- Maintain documents correspondences and paperwork for reference.
- Review and maintain the filing systems of the school ensuring all documentation is current and accessible.
- Perform general office duties
- Manage office supplies track inventory and place orders for the school when necessary.
- Any other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- A Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration / HND Secretaryship and Management Studies or a related field.
- Minimum of 23 years proven experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in performing administrative tasks.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Customer service experience.

Bachelor s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field At least 5 years of progressive Operations manager experience, in a Beach Resort or Open Hospitality industry Proven work experience as an operations manager or similar role Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management Experience budgeting and forecasting Familiarity with business and financial principles Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
