Sales Operations Manager
Location: Philippines
Salary: 2.000 USD per month
About the role:
Our client is looking for a selfdriven and motivated individual to join its operations team as it seeks to drive 100 MW of national C&I solar projects to completion for the United States’ largest commercial real estate owners. This is a rare opportunity to join a fastgrowing solar energy company with a proven track record established clients and several accolades and awards under its belt and fresh off its 2023 fundraise.

It is the leading marketplace for commercial solar in the United States connecting organizations to solar energy providers who compete for their business.
Tasks:
This position will have a variety of responsibilities which include:
- Being the primary pointofcontact and responsible for the company's Salesforce platform acting as a bridge and working closely with its sales marketing and operations teams
- Ownership of Salesforce operation workflows and cadences leveraging existing consultants
- Qualifying and developing leads for sales team helping with sales discovery
- Monitor and improve existing reporting suites
- Ensuring Salesforce data purity and helping with reporting to leadership and its board of directors
Key Qualifications
- Ambitious selfmotivated and comfortable working in a small partially remote company environment.
- English fluent.
- High level of attention to detail
- Minimum of 1year experience working directly with Salesforce
- Proven track record of working with multiple internal stakeholders and ability to juggle several projects at once
- Selfmotivated with a gogetter mentality; ability to operate independently own processes with integrity
