Position: Sales specialist Working hours: MF; 8 am to 5 pm EST Salary:USD
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute direct sales strategies to drive new business
Identify and target potential clients in the bar and restaurant industry
Perform extensive prospecting outreach and lead generation via email LinkedIn and phone calls
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Advise on and implement effective sales strategies without requiring micromanagement
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Be accountable for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
Document all sales activities in CRM systems
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales with a focus on direct outreach and prospecting
Extensive experience using email LinkedIn and phone for prospecting and lead generation
Selfmotivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills fluent in English
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Familiarity with CRM systems for managing prospects and tracking sales activities
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required
