Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an AdSales and Operations Associate to drive sales of advertisement space manage advertising campaigns and handle related administrative tasks. This role involves identifying potential brand partnerscoordinating ad campaigns and ensuring seamless execution of sponsorships. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented techsavvy and able to manage a high volume of deals.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sponsorship and adsales opportunities with a primary focus on outreach and
  • sales.
  • Coordinate campaign setup and execution including scheduling ads managing creative assets and
  • troubleshooting issues.
  • Maintain all campaignrelated data in tools such as Notion ensuring organization and timely updates.
  • Manage outreach to potential sponsors including pitching negotiating pricing packages and closing deals.
  • Ensure payment schedules and ad placements are adhered to managing backll ads and sponsorships when necessary.
  • Monitor ad performance and optimize placements to improve results communicating key learnings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare postcampaign wrapup reports and track progress against sales targets.
  • Provide regular internal reporting on campaign performance and sales results.
  • Work on additional projects and tasks as needed supporting overall business growth providing administrative support ensuring efficient workflow and communication.


Requirements

Requirements/Skills needed:

  • A bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field is preferred.
  • 3 years of indepth experience in adsales ideally working for a publisher (e.g. newsletter magazine blog) or content creator (e.g. podcaster influencer).
  • Impeccable English language abilities both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work US hours and manage communication across time zones.
  • Proficiency with email management systems CRM tools spreadsheets and other digital tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience with Notion is a plus.
  • A passion for health and wellbeing is desirable along with experience selling to American companies.
